A Nanny Network is not in any way whatsoever an employment or Nanny agency. A Nanny Network operates for the sole purpose of introducing nanny and sitter candidates to Clients in search of in-home nanny care. A Nanny Network is not responsible for any business transactions whatsoever between the Clients and the nanny and sitter candidates. Furthermore, A Nanny Network shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, expense, damage, delay, costs or compensation (whether direct, indirect or consequential) which may be suffered or incurred by the Client arising from or in any way connected with A Network Network's introduction of any Nanny or Sitter candidate to the Client or from the failure of A Nanny Network to introduce a successful Nanny or Sitter Candidate match to the Client. A Nanny Network does not offer any guarantees whatsoever of Clients definitively finding a successful nanny or sitter match, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, liability, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever arising out of the character, background, or behavior of any of the nanny and sitter candidates. A Nanny Network does not discriminate based on age, gender, race, marital status, sexual orientation, medical status or religion. A Nanny Network is an equal opportunity service provider.

NANNY APPLICATION INFORMATION

As part of our listing services, nannies and sitters agree that their application and profile information will become available to our Clients seeking nanny services in their community.

NANNY & SITTER CODE & EXPECTATIONS

CONDUCT

If a client contacts you with a potential job interest and you are not interested for whatever reason, please contact them back ASAP letting them know that you are not interested in that type of position at this time, but thank you for interest. If they contact you by phone, then call them back. If they contacted you by email, simply reply to their email.

If you have already accepted another job offer, please let clients that contact you know. Please de-activate your profile when you are no longer looking for nanny or sitter positions.

ETHICS

1. PROFESSIONALISM

• Prompt and courteous responses to all client calls and emails
• Committed to showing up for scheduled interviews on time and always contacting the client if your not able to attend
• Providing childcare and personal references that can be contacted by phone
• Representing yourself authentically, honestly & professionally

2. SAFETY

• ave proper emergency contacts at you disposal for each job
• Agree to follow family safety guidelines in their home, car, and in public places
• Willingness to attend First Aid and CPR classes at a family's expense
• Willingness to have a background check, DMV check and any drug tests performed at a family's expense

REMOVAL POLICIES

If we receive 1 or more complaints from a paid Client Family regarding unprofessional or unethical behavior received from a specific Nanny or Sitter, A Nanny Network reserves the right to remove said nanny or sitter from our listing service effective immediately.

All Nanny and Sitter profiles will be automatically be de-activated after a 3 month period. Profiles can be re-activated at any time by the Nanny or Sitter.
